About Me

As a yoga student for over 16 years, my goal has been to help my body, mind, and spirit connect. I incorporate various practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. Are you ready to make a positive change in your lifestyle?I am excited to share my love and passion for yoga with every student, connecting mind and body.

Ashley Herrera Yoga is a space for mothers to connect, breathe, and find peace through yoga. Motherhood is hard, and it can be challenging to carve out time for self-care. That’s why our community is here to support you.

Prenatal Yoga

Pregnancy can come with many new challenges, but with Ashley Herrera Yoga's prenatal yoga classes, you can strengthen your body, stretch out those aches and pains, and feel your best. Join our welcoming community of mamas-to-be and take the first step towards keeping your body healthy and strong.

Baby and Me Yoga

Our Baby and Me Yoga classes focus on both core and pelvic floor exercises, helping you feel more confident and comfortable in your body. Classes focus on the importance of strengthening and stretching your body, especially after childbirth. Come join us in a fun and welcoming community!

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga offers a unique approach that focuses on holding postures for longer periods of time. Each class incorporates gentle stretching and meditation, providing a rejuvenating experience for both the mind and body. This class is especially great for perinatal practitioners or an active lifestyle.

I am convinced the combination of acupuncture, chiro and your prenatal yoga classes and my overall manifestation of a quick and no intervention birth helped me achieve the natural delivery I was hoping for...I hope to join you for yoga again.

I have never considered myself a yogi and even dislike many forms of yoga. However, if I could do Ashley's class even when not pregnant I would! I enjoyed the small intimate class. I felt safe and comfortable. Ashley is creative, mixing up the practice from week to week and is very flexible to address whatever challenges her clients are currently experiencing. It was also an opportunity to practicing receiving and being cared for as she would get props and help me position them as needed. Ashley is super personable and I can promise that even if you have never done yoga, you will not feel out of place.
